WHY DO PILATES?

Pilates is a mind and body exercise programme that builds long, lean muscles, balance, strength and flexibility. Practiced regularly, Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Pilates is fully adaptable to each body and is therefore suitable for all, from elite athletes to complete novices.

Having practiced meditation for years and studied as a teacher, meditation and mindfulness greatly inform my teaching as does a desire to help people deeply connect with their bodies.

Pilates with Sarah is mindfulness in motion.

PRIVATE PILATES LESSONS

Designed specifically for your body, your needs and your goals, private Pilates lessons are the perfect option if you're wanting to deepen your understanding and practice of Pilates and gain the most from your practice, for anyone using Pilates to recover from an injury or illness or if you prefer to exercise in the comfort of your own home or place of work. 

CORPORATE PILATES CLASSES

Make your exercise routine even easier by bringing a Pilates class to your place of work, specifically designed for the needs of the office worker. Classes can be 60mins or 45mins and can be any blend of Pilates, meditation and TRE®, as designed by you.
