TRE (Tension Releasing Exercises) is a natural and innovative way to release and manage stress through the body. Sarah, a Certified TRE Provider, mindfulness and movement teacher, will guide you through the series of 7 simple exercises which activate a natural reflex of shaking that releases muscular tension, calms the nervous system and encourages the body to return to a state of balance. As mammals, our physiology is designed to experience, survive and release tension & trauma from the body. Yet our human brain development plus conditioning has taught us to suppress this natural shaking reflex.
